Refund Policy

Return Window Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items
- Opened hygiene or personal care products
- Final sale items
How to Return

- Await Approval — We will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- Receive Instructions — Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship Your Item — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection & Refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refund Method Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at luckly901225@outlook.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
International Returns Please note that our products are shipped from China. International return shipping costs may be significant and are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
