Order Cancellation Before Processing

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after they are placed, provided that the order has not yet entered processing.

Orders Already Being Processed

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

If cancellation is no longer available, the order will continue to be shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact information, or product selection, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters processing.

For security purposes, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or unauthorized transactions are suspected.
