Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Carriers All orders are shipped via trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, or equivalent international carriers. Every order includes tracking so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Timeframes

⚠️ Please note: Our products are shipped directly from China. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, or local holidays. These timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Import Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

1. Check your tracking information for updates
2. Contact your local post office or customs office

We will do our best to assist you in locating your package. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Package Protection We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
